Caravan

A journey that takes each of us from I to WE

WFH made us realise that while work-from-home gets the work done, we are not just resources ‘getting work done’. Humans need to feel a deeper sense of belonging and purpose. The glue that holds us together is not remote-working tools. It is human connections, and we missed these intensely through the pandemic. We simply had to find creative new ways to meet, work, connect and be together. And that’s how Caravan was born.

Caravan is a co-living experiment that helps each of us go from “I” to “WE”. Every 3-6 months, we come together in interesting locations to spend time getting to know each other, sharing unique experiences, and building lasting friendships that transcend zoom screens.

Caravans are journeys designed to nurture deep conversations, rich interactions, and a sense of being part of a community where we truly belong — and of course, they’re really, really fun.

Our biggest, most memorable Caravans have travelled to a beautiful hostel in north Goa (2021) with a team of 35, for 8 days of co-living and co-working, and to a unique adventure camp in Rishikesh (2022) with a team of 60, where we spent 5 days pushing our boundaries in unforgettable ways.
